If an item ordered by you on janna.ch is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, please email us at contact@janna.ch for a replacement. Please note that a used item is not liable for replacement.

You can return unopened item(s) within 8 days from the time you receive your item(s). When you return your item(s), just indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item(s) and the note with the order number into a secure package and send it to our address below:
